A rep for Kim Kardashian has slammed reports that the reality star "pursued" New England Patriots player Brett Lockett even after she began dating fiancé Kris Humphries.
Lockett alleged that he and Kardashian carried on a relationship via text messages after being set up by Lockett's brother Colin and Kardashian's friend Lauren London.
"I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does," Lockett told InTouch Weekly.
However, Kardashian's rep has vehemently denied the story, telling PopEater: "The story is absolutely not true. Kim has no idea who this guy is and is preparing to take legal action."
"We stand by our story," a spokesman for InTouch Weekly responded.
Kardashian and Humphries announced their engagement last month after Humphries proposed by writing 'WILL YOU MARRY ME?' in rose petals in Kardashian's Beverly Hills bedroom.
She admitted this week that the couple plan to begin trying to conceive their first child by the end of this year.
